Try before you buy

Because AbyssTV is a digital service that activates immediately, we offer a free trial so you can confirm it works on your devices before you pay. We strongly recommend trying it first.

If something isn't working

If you run into a problem activating or using your subscription, contact support right away — most issues are resolved quickly, and our team will make it right.

Refund requests

If we cannot get the Service working for you, contact support within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the Service has been used, for account sharing or resale, or where the free trial was available and not used.

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
